Winemaker Scott Harvey (Scott Harvey & Jana Wines) spent some time with some Detroit area wine.wooters on 8/6/9 and we were able to try some new releases and pick his brain. Here he talks about his 2006 InZINerator and recommends a wonderful strawberry-rhubarb-stilton cheese pie to pair with that wine. I’ll post the recipe when I get it.
